How do I have TBS start billing CDR's from a new Carrier?

Please be sure to review the What CDR Carries does TBS support FAQ to find out more about our current offerings.

For new carriers, PTT will need to receive a CDR File Definition layout (what each field means) and sample CDR's along with any special business logic that should be applied before starting development.

Once this information has been provided to PTT, turnaround time for development, testing and implementation is approximately 45-60 days depending on the complexity of the new carrier.
