19177: New CABS Rate Report

A Rate report was added to allow the rates applied by the system to be viewed more easily.

19258: Billing Quality Assurance Reports

Billing Quality Assurance Reports were updated and new reports were added. All Billing Quality Assurance Reports are now also available from the front end.

19574: Billing Summary Report Error

BUG: There was an error in the Billing Summary Report. This has been fixed.

19798: Change to Method for Handling Unbilled CABS CDRs

Flagging customers as 'Unbilled' will no longer result in their call records being forwarded for billing in subsequent months. This has no effect on customers who do not bill because of not reaching a minimum balance; these call records will still forward.

19843: CABS CDRs Now Discarded After 24 Months

There is a new system setting: 'Discard old CDR's after how many months?' that prevents calls that are very old from billing. IMPORTANT: The default value is 24 months. If you wish to bill calls older than this, you must set this value.

19974: CABS Email Billing Issue

BUG: E-mail billing expected EMI to always exist for email billed customers for whom Attach EMI was selected. However, if there are no current call records for the customer, this isn't the case. This issue has been fixed.

20021: CABS CDRs >= Bill Date Forwarded to Unbilled

Call records that are newer than the billing date are now automatically forwarded to the next bill run.

20052: Call Data Added to QA Reports for CIC's Without a Customer Record

The 'Call Data for Cic's without a customer record' report was renamed to 'Unassigned Call Data Summary' to fit TBS’s nomenclature.

20060: New Report Added for Customers Having No Rate Code

A new report was added for customers without a rate code called 'Status Errors - Customer Rate Code'

20061: Quality Assurance Summary Report Updated

Added Absolute and Percentage Difference to Quality Assurance Summary Report.

20260: CABS Reports Updated

The Customer Invoice Status report: removed, because the Billing Summary report is very similar and better supported.

The Customer Billing Setup report: the BillFormat was expanded to a description instead of a single character.

ANI Revenue Report: reports spanning multiple bill runs are now summarize by ANI.

Billing Summary Report: TotalBillingAmount was renamed Current Charges.

20267: TotalBillingAmount Added to Billing Tab

A Current Charges column was added to the Customer Billing Tab.

20268: Changes to Email Billing

Email Billing now shows the test recipient e-mail address, if set, instead of the customer e-mail address.
