22272: Local:  Turn on Provisioning Method as dropdown

Local Provisioning Method is now a drop down list populated from the lkdropdown table (ListName: ProvisioningMethod, ScreenName: MtnUsocs).  This list is now visible for all clients.
This field is used to track the desired provisioning method (Platform, Resell, Dedicated, etc).  It will be auto filled based on LSO (Local Service Order).  The auto fill criteria is maintained using the Local Info Admin screen available from the Menu: Admin->Local Info->Local Info.

22535: Invoice System Messages - Add ability to pick location

The Invoice Messages administration screen has received a major facelift. Features include :
- Sorting functionality
- Grouping functionality
- Inline editing
- Data verification
- Grid Filtering
- Grid Paging
We have also added a Print Order column that helps identify the order in which invoice messages with the same criteria will print.

21665: Admin Screen: Status Action

There is a new admin screen for 'Status Action' -- it is available from the main menu via Admin > Administration Menu (new).

22610: BUG Fix:  Issue viewing Previous Billing Tab in Customer Portal

Fixed a bug that prevented the Billing Info tab from displaying from the Customers Portal

21564: BUGs: Issues when Selecting Existing Lines from Orders

The process used to Select Existing Lines on an Order had a few bugs that were corrected:
1. On Wholesale Accounts, not all existing Local / LD lines were availble for selection when a user tried to add them to an Order.  In some cases, trying to select an existing line caused a system error.
2. When selecting an existing Dedicated line, the associated Local lines under the circuit were not associated with the order.
3. When selecting Local Lines, if the line was associated with a Dedicated Circuit, it was incorrectly being displayed in the Selection List.  However, after Selected the Dedicated Local line, it would (correctly) not appear in the Local Grid.
4. The order of the Product Tabs (Voice Services, Local, LD, Toll Free, etc) displayed on the Order screen did not match the order of the Product Tabs displayed on the Customer screen.
5. To improve performance on accounts with large number of lines, a paging grid has been implemented on the Select Existing Line page.

21582: Crystal Reports:  Need to Close and Dispose

Implemented a better disposal mechanism for Crystal Reports.
This resolves the following issue: when running a large number of reports in a small window of time, the web server could produce an error and stop the generation of new reports, forcing an application pool reset.

22371: Recurring:  Failure report throws error

Bug Fix: On the recurring payments screen an issue was corrected that prevented Failure Reports from being ran.

22530: Local Add Duplicate:  Update OrdersToProducts

Bug Fix: On the local line duplication tool, we are now properly attaching the order to the new local lines.

22243: Orders: Contact Name needs MaxLength set

On Orders, ContactName has been increased to 50 characters.

20728: Images Admin Tool:  Removes sidebar frame after save

Bug Fix: The admin tool used to upload images into TBS has been fixed.  Previously, when uploading new images, after clicking Save, all navigation was removed and the page was "stuck" on the images tool.
