General Updates and Bug Fixes

24029: New Billing Control Panel Tabs

All Billing Control Panel tabs are now visible all of the time. Those requiring a Bill History v2 database will throw errors.

25279: Upload ACH Form - (541017) - session state error

Corrected an issue on the ACH Form page. Previously, the page would throw a session error when attempting to save an ACH Form to the database.

25321: TBS System Errors

A System Error page has been added to TBS to improve logging of all system errors.  This new error page will be shown instead of the default V20 or V35 error pages previously used.

25164: DB Logger not working

Database logging as been fixed in this release. Transaction history can now be viewed and searched via the built in flex reports.

25273: Tax Reports - additional parameters

BillHistoryV2 Tax Reports have been updated to include 4 group parameters.

25275: Flex Parameter Comparison Operator will not save

Fixed an issue on multiple administration screens with the saving of drop down lists. Previously, the drop down list would not change after saving, no matter the previous state.

Scheduler Updates

25266: Scheduler Logs Are Very Ambiguous

Added more information on the Scheduler Logs table. We are now advised to when the report is being run, emailed, and sent. Also, we have failure statuses when a process is set to run with no tasks in it. Also, when a report has the "Email Report With No Rows" option disabled, and the report had no rows. These were two cases in which the recipients would not receive emails, but the system would not log why.

25267: Scheduler seems to be ignoring enabled flag

Fixed an issue with the Scheduler Processes in which the Enabled flag was being ignored and all tasks were being run regardless of the state of the enabled flag.

25268: Document storage for scheduled reports

Added options for report storage within the scheduler email processes. We now have the ability to save to the server or documents repository. If the documents repository is chosen, then users have the option of either attaching the report to the email, or sending a link in the email where the recipient can download the report.

These options can be found on the Administration -> Scheduler -> Tasks -> Report Info screen.

This was put in place because some reports were too large to attach to emails. The ability to send a download link to the report is very important in this regard.

25269: Scheduler Processes Tasks css issue

Fixed an issue with the style on the Scheduler Processes Tasks screen. Previously, the Help button did have not have the style applied, and appeared as a regular link.

25270: Add "To" and "Bcc" dist lists on scheduler emails

Added options to email on the To or Bcc line when sending reports from the scheduler system. These options can be found on the Administration -> Scheduler -> Tasks -> Report Info screen.

25338: Distribution List Refresh Issue

Fixed an issue on the Distribution Lists Administration Screen. Previously, when deleting users from a distribution list, the change was not reflected in the grid until the page was reloaded.

25271: Distribution Lists Metrics link

Resolved an issue on the Distribution Lists Administration Screen. Previously, the metrics link would not appear when a new distribution list was added until after the record was saved and the page was refreshed.

25272: Scheduler parameters bug

Fixed an issue in email reports with parameters. Previously, certain types of parameters would not be populated with their default values during an email run. This would cause the report to either error, or return the full set of rows in a table.

25278: Add Delete Button to Manage Schedules Screen

A delete button has been added to the grid on the "Manage Schedules" screen.
