System Enhancements

26677: Customer Transactions: Add Running Balance column and link to invoice details

The following columns have been added to the Customer Transactions grid:
- Running balance (the balance at the time of the transaction). For performance reasons, the running balance is automatically included on customers with 1000 transactions or less. Users do have the option to include or exclude the running balance all accounts.
- An invoice viewer link on charge / billing transactions

26893: Ability to auto fill Credit Card / ACH Info from Locations

New drop down lists on the Credit Card and Back Account screens can fill location fields from the selected customer location record.

27006: New ProductsAdmin Security Module

Permission to administer products is now determined based upon a new ProductsAdmin module (previously Maintenance).

T4Group Permissions from Maintenance will be copied to ProductsAdmin upon release, though re-logging into the system may be required before the ProductsAdmin module permissions take effect.

Also, read access to ProductsAdmin is automatically given to users with Products access.

27014: Invoice Viewer - Credit Invoice Permissions and Rules

The "Credit Invoice" tab on the invoice viewer has been updated as follows:

1. This tab is available to users with AccountCredit.Access security rights (no change)

2. Apply Fixed Charge Credit. 
- available to users with AccountCredit.Access
- the system creates a Fixed Charge Credit with the amount, description and tax type assigned by the user.
- by default the system will cap the amount of credit to the maximum amount of the Invoice, less any credits plus any debits previously applied to the selected invoice.
- an exception to this rule has been put in place if your company has the SetFinanceChargebyCycle AppSetting enabled.  This AppSetting changes how the system handles finance charges AND will eliminate the credit amount cap.

3. Apply Full Invoice Credit
- available to users with AccountCredit.Admin access.
- will create a credit transaction for the entire invoice amount including taxes.

4. Apply Partial Invoice Credit
- available to users with AccountCredit.Admin access.
- will credit a transaction credit for the amount specified by the user up to the total invoice amount.

27082: Misc UI Tweaks

The customer Facilities tab has been moved as a sub-tab of Account Settings.
The Facilities tabs on Order and Customer records has been renamed Physical Locations.

The "Locations / Codes" tabs on Customer and Order records has been renamed "Billing Locations / Codes".

Renamed the "Billing Info" tab to "Billing Information" for consistency purposes.

The last tabs on the Customer record have been reordered based on usage (most used first). These have changed from "Communications, Products, Alerts, Actions, Activity Log, Metrics" to "Products, Actions, Alerts, Communications, Metrics". Activity Log is now a sub-tab of Metrics.

PONS count on Products has been removed to correct the Product Counts being displayed.

The USOC administration tool has been moved to under the Products submenu on the System Administration page.

27111: Move Unassigned CDR's to Biling Control Panel

The Unassigned CDRs page has been moved from System Administration to the Billing Control Panel and permission is now based upon the Billing module (previously Maintenance).

Bug Fixes

26820: Invoice Review Delete Bug

Fixed a bug that prevented clients from removing records from the Invoice Review list.

26915: COOP portal TBS error

Fixed an issue that caused login issues for certain customer types of users specified in the T4Users table.

26922: Open Orders Report Missing

Added the Open Orders Report to the Legacy Report menu.

26977: Cannot add Physical Location

Fixed an issue preventing Physical Locations from being added.

26986: T4ValidationFields Visible=false crashing admin screens

Fixed an issue causing admin screen issues on screens with hidden, client-unused fields (e.g. Bases, Groups).

26995: Voice Services tab "Count" not Accurate

The Voice Services tab count no longer counts local lines that are assigned to dedicated lines to prevent confusion.

27008: Communications Tab

Fixed an issue that was causing the Communications Tab to not display the email communications log correctly.

27016: Customer / User Log out issues

Fixed problems caused when users would log out and then log in with a different user id.  Some information was cached by the system and caused unexpected behavior such as seeing the previous accounts data. 

27023: Logout Error: UserDetails null

An issue with the Authentication Service for clients with multiple web servers causing login/out issues has been fixed.

27025: New User and Forgot Password Issues

Corrected issues where users could not access the New User and Forgot Password functions on the login page.  This was caused by an overly aggressive security lock down effort from the previous release.

27067: PTTQueryString Cleanup Error

Fixed a system error that would occur sporadically on payment screens.

27085: T4ValidationFields Regular Expressions not enforced

Fixed an issue causing some regular expression validation to not be enforced.

27101: Move UserDetails to Application from Session

Improved the session termination capabilities of the authentication service.

27202: ReportGrid JS error

A Javascript error occurring on pages that contain report grids has been fixed.

27112: Customer Processing: Contract Date bug

An issue with the Customer Contract Date sometimes displaying a 'Page is Loading' message after the page has completed loading has been resolved.

Integrated Product Updates

26703: Customer Locations and Physical Locations DDLs

Integrated Product: clarified the description of location and physical location drop down lists on Products.

27032: Move PhysicalLocations to Product from ProductsAux_Voice

Integrated Product: Physical Location is now available on all Products.

26756: Add Terms to Integrated Product

Integrated Product: Term fields have been added.

26757: Add Cost to LkDetail/Detail

Integrated Products: Cost fields have been added to Charges & Plans Inventory and override cost fields have been added to Detail records.

Cost field availability is limited to users with Admin access to the new ProductsAdmin module.

26758: ProductsAux_Internet

Integrated Products: support for Internet products has been added.

26759: ProductsAux_Dedicated

Integrated Products: support for Dedicated products has been added.

26787: Integrated Product: Details do not allow the Activation fee to be overridden

Integrated Products: added the ability to override the activation fee.

26853: Product Type Error

Integrated Product: fixed a tab issue on the Product Type administration screen.

27114: Make BTN optional on ProductsAux_Voice

Integrated Products: BTN is now optional on voice products.

27171: LSO vs PCode

Integrated Products: LSO fields on Voice, Internet, and Dedicated products have been replaced with a 'Tax NPANXX' field that is available on all products.
