An Available End Date field has been added to the edit screen for billing cycles.

LOCATION: Setup / Company Settings / Billing Cycles / individual cycle details

Setting this field will not stop the cycle from being run after the specified date, but will prevent any new customers from being added to the cycle after that date has passed.

When using miscellaneous charges, it is possible to have tax calculation overrides specified in the database which will not appear on the Misc Charges Edit screen. Now, a notification appears on the Misc Charges Edit screen if the miscellaneous charge record being edited is tied to a Misc Charge Tax Combo Group.

On the System Info administration screen, an option to use SureTax as your tax provider is now available.

When SureTax is selected, four additional fields appear, as shown below.

IMPORTANT: The tax provider should not be set to SureTax at the time of this release. Development to fully support SureTax is still in progress. For more information on this option and its pending availability, contact your Client Solution Expert (CSE).

Previously, if a client was late paying to the application, no billing action (restart or approval) could occur. Now, only approval actions are blocked, and a restart of billing can still occur.

Device products now have a Purchase Price field.

Previously, when a status action was applied to a product, any network resources or carrier workflow actions would be applied to all applicable charges and plans on that product, even those which did not align with the selected date options. Now, network resource and carrier workflow actions only be applied to charges and plans whose disconnect or active dates align with the selected date options.

• General

  • The approve billing button would successfully approve billing although approval of the billing spreadsheet, billing reports, or invoice review had been revoked. This was possible when the Approve or Restart tab had been loaded before one of the other approvals was revoked in another window or tab, or by another user. Approvals in these situations is no longer allowed. (278455)

  • Paging on some grids was not working properly. (278446)

• Integrated Products

  Product templates were not showing when creating a new product. These templates now appear as expected. (276650)
