Customers, Products, and Charges

DID Ordering is a new module available that allows internal users and customers to search for and order Bandwidth DIDs directly through TBS. For full details, see the DID Ordering page.

Commissions

LOCATION: Channel Support / Commission Reports / Agent Summary Statement / Run Reports and Download Zip

The Agent Summary Statement report now has a button titled Run Reports and Download Zip that will automatically download individual PDF reports for each agent that has commissions matching the Company and Cycle selected. This option always runs for all agents and will ignore individual agents set in the Agent field.

Portals

When using the corporate portal, the banner will now change to display any sub accounts being viewed. When viewing sub accounts, the banner will display that sub account name and the corporate account name.

Resolved Issues

  • Customers, Products, and Charges

    • Improved error messaging when replicating products without BTN and selecting "Use BTN to create new or use existing location(s)". This is an invalid option and now provides a clear error message on why the product replicate failed. (310048)
    • The bug associated with adding products to some non-US customers in TBS has been resolved. This bug was causing an error message when clicking on the Add Products button for the customers experiencing the issue. (310798)

  • Portals

    • When in the corporate portal and viewing sub accounts, the Unbilled Usage section will now display all unbilled usage for that sub account. Previously, unbilled usage on sub accounts was not populating when viewed through the corporate portal. (308956)
