Users can now enable functionality in the Quoter integration to have Quoter generate new products in TBS and assign charges to those products. For a new product to be generated, the Category field on the Quoter line item must match a TBS Product Type. There must be a Template Product for any product type that will be replicated. To identify the Template Product that should be used, the Additional Information field must have "Quoter" in it.

When a new product is created, the line item will be added as a charge on that product. If the Category and Product Type do not match or the Product Type does not have a corespondent Template Product, the line item will be added as a charge to the customer's Account Level Charges.

The Use Quoter Category To Replicate Products box on the Company setup page must be checked to enable this functionality.

A Milestones tab has been added to TBS Orders. The Milestones section lists 7 milestones, each with a customizable Status field and a date field. The Milestones tab is only available to Employees and requires edit permissions on Orders to modify.

TBS can now send payment confirmation emails for NACHA payments.

The Quoter integration will check the TBS Account Number field in Quoter to see if there is a corresponding customer account number in TBS. If a matching account number is found, the integration will not create a new customer. If the field is blank or there is no matching account number in TBS, then a new customer will be created.

When a customer that has the same name as an existing TBS customer is imported from Quoter, a number will be appended to the end of the name. This allows the customer from Quoter to be added to TBS and assigned the correct payment profile and funds.

The Contact Email and Notification Email fields on Tasks have been expanded from 255 characters to 500 characters.

  • For the Quoter integration with TBS, add on quotes will no longer generate a new customer in the system. In previous releases, when a prefix or group was not assigned, a customer would still be created and assigned to the default group set in TBS. (333695)
