Impersonate Agent

| Purpose |
The Impersonate Agent link tool can be used to generate a temporary link that if pasted into a browser not already logged into TBS, it will automatically log the user into the Agent portal as that particular agent. This is useful for troubleshooting items on the Agent Portal or answering questions that they may have on their view of the account. |
