Manage Credit Cards

If an account is setup on a Cycle that supports credit card payments, the Credit Cards tab will be available. All credit cards which have been set up for the account will be listed here. Credit card information may be added, edited and deleted on this tab.

• If the card is expired, “Card has EXPIRED” will appear next to the Expiration Date.
• If a credit card has been set up for recurring payments, a message will appear in red at the top of the window stating when the Total Due balance will be withdrawn from the credit card account.
• TBS can be configured to only allow non-customers the ability to Delete existing credit cards.
