Impersonate Customer

How do I get here?

Customers Menu ► Search ► Select Customer ► Account Settings tab ► Users tab ► Select User ► Impersonate tab

Purpose

The Impersonate Customer link tool can be used to generate a temporary link that if pasted into a browser not already logged into TBS, it will automatically log the user into the customer portal as that particular customer. This is useful for troubleshooting items on the Customer Portal or answering questions that they may have on their view of the account.
