Show User Access Trail

This view will show the TBS users who have accessed this account via Customers, Trouble Tickets or Orders.

• User ID – user ID of the person who accessed the account

• User Type – type of user indicates what permissions belong to the user 

• Page Accessed – name of the page the user accessed

3. Trouble Tickets

• Product Key – Order number or Trouble Ticket number that the user accessed

• Date Accessed – date and time the account was accessed
