Forgot Password

The Forgot Password tab on the login screen allows all TBS users to request their password to be reset. They will need to supply their Username or Account Number and an Email address tied to the account.

  • User ID:  For a customer, the UserID must be a valid UserID or Account Number. Other users, it is their UserID.
  • Email Verification: TBS will accept:
    • - Customers - Customers UserID Email Address
    • - Agents - Agent UserID Email Address
    • - Users - UserID Email Address
  • Click the Continue button

 

  • Once the email is verified, an email will be sent to the Email Address with a link to reset the user's password.
