New User Signup
For Customers that have never logged into the system, they can use the New User tab on the Login screen. They will be prompted for their account number and a Phone Number or ProductID tied to their account.
- Enter the Account Number.
- Enter the Phone Number or ProductID.
- This phone number can be:
- - The Customer BillTo Location Main Phone Number
- - The Customer BillTo Location Contact Phone Number
- - The Customer BillTo Location Cell Phone Number
- - The Customer BillTo Location Alt Contact Phone Number
- - Any ANI on a LongDistance record on that account (clients using Traditional Products)
- - Any ProductID on a Product record on that account (clients using Integrated Products)
- Enter the Captcha (secure image) value shown on the screen. (This prevents fraud attempts by robots to the site)
- Click the Continue button
- Enter the Email Address tied to the Bill To location.
- Once the Email address is verified, an email will be sent to that email address with additional instructions for logging to the system. The user will be guided to use a link in the email to then set their password to log in to the system.
If the UserID is already in use, the system will suggest an alternative UserID. Example below: The system added a "-1" to the end of the account number.
