Orders Navigation

Once inside the Order Processing module navigation can be achieved using the Tree View on the left side pane. For more detailed searching and filtering, be sure to utilize the Order Inventory.

The Tree View provides a snapshot of Order activity in the system as well as serves as the navigation within the Orders module.

All Orders are listed by Status as a default showing the number of orders within that particular status. Click the plus sign next to an item to expand it and see all Orders within that bucket. Click the minus sign next to an item to collapse it. When expanded, all Orders within that status are shown. The Goal Due date will appear in parenthesis next to each Order if the status has a Goal Hour / Goal Type set within the Status / Workflow Action tool.
