Traditional Internet Data Field Definitions

| Status | Drop down list of statuses. | Options are configurable using the Status Actions tool from the Utilities - System Administration menu. |
| Type | Designation for the type of Internet service being offered.(i.e., DSL, Web Hosting, etc.) |

| BTN | Billing Telephone Number | |
| Location | Drop down list of all Locations already setup on the account (from Locations tab). | This location is important in determining taxing jurisdiction. Please see Taxing in TBS. |
| Description | Used for general description of the product. Not used in billing or on the invoice. | Important: If filled, this description will be used as the Product Description instead of the Product ID on the invoice. |
| Physical Location | Drop down list of all Locations already setup on the account (from Facilities tab). This location is used to indicate the actual physical location for the product and contain Site Information. | |
| LSO | 6 digit npa nxx that should be used for determining taxing jurisdiction. Please see Taxing in TBS. | |

| LOA Date | Product Term Active Date. Does not impact billing, only for reporting purposes. The date field for the Product's Letter Of Authorization date (sign up date). Top level customer information will also use this date when calculating Customer level Product Terms. |

| Terms - Term type | Drop down of terms to be used when calculating the Term end date using the LOA Date | Calculated in months. Please work with PTT for additional options. |
| Term End Date | Product Term End Date. Does not impact billing, only for reporting purposes. This field will automatically generate based on a LOA Date / Term type selection. Top level customer information will also use this date when calculating Customer level Product Terms. |

| Carrier Disconnect Date | Disconnect date on file with the carrier | |
| Carrier Cost | Cost for the internet product - can be used to compare against revenue in reporting | This new field is only accessible to users with Accounting rights (just like dedicated) |
| Carrier Cost Verified | If checked, indicates the cost is verified for that product | This new field is only accessible to users with Accounting rights (just like dedicated) |
