How do I get here? Customers Menu ► Search ► Select Customer ► Products tab ► Voicemail
Purpose

The Voicemail product is strictly informational inside TBS. It allows information to be captured and maintained for voicemail products, but no usage or charges are tied to these products. They do not show on any billing outputs including the Invoice Viewer or the actual Invoice.

The purpose of this screen is to maintain the voicemail package information for support purposes only. Packages on this tab are customized according to the client.

Voicemail Grid - The Voicemail grid provides quick access to all voicemail products. To view Product information click the Select link

Voicemail Details - Once a product is selected, the Voicemail package information will be shown. This package information is customized per client. Information captured on this screen as well as the packages selected are completely informational and will not appear in billing in any way.

Access Number Number to access voicemail settings once inside the auto attendant  
Active Date

Active Date of the package

Note: Voicemail products are informational only. Active Date is only set manually and does not impact billing in any way
Disconnect Date

Disconnect Date of the package

Note: Voicemail products are informational only. Disconnect Date is only set manually and does not impact billing in any way
Package Selection

Customized voicemail package selections. Only one option is able to be selected.

Customization of these options must be handled through your Precision Account Manager.
