When does TFStorage Fee get charged on 8xx lines?

A TFStorage Fee gets charged on 8xx lines anytime there is usage regardless of Active / Disconnect dates.

A TFStorage Fee can also get charged if the line is in an Active or Blocked status regardless of usage.

How do I set a customer up for Free Minutes?

This is the first step in setting up Free time for customers. TBS supports a wide variety of free plans. The Free plans are built by first selecting the type of traffic that will be free (i.e., Calls & Minutes, Fax messages, etc.).

Additionally, the Free Plan can be flagged as being Shared which is supported at the Product level, the Customer level and the Location level. More details are below.

TBS supports a variety of Free Plan types:

  • Fax Messages
  • Fax Sheets
  • Voice Calls & Minutes
  • SMS/Data Messages & Megs

Once the Free Amount Plan defining the free amount is setup, it can then be tied together with a Free Bundle plan using the Free Plan Bundles tool.

How do I move a product from one account to another?

Every integrated product in the system has Move functionality. The Move function is available from:

  • Actions tab of an existing customer's Product
  • Actions tab of an unassigned product in Inventory
  • Actions tab of an assigned product in Inventory
