Integrated Product Charges & Plans

The Integrated Product Charges & Plans grid can be viewed from the Products - All Charges & Plans tab. The purpose of this grid is to provide an overview of all  Product Charges & Plans that are on the account without going into each product individually.

The grid will show all records, whether, active, disconnected, etc. as well as any overridden fields (Amount, Description, etc.) along with the ProductID that it is associated with.

The grid provides quick access to all charges/plans and allows shortcuts directly into the Charge/Plan information by clicking the view details icon or even deleting a record by clicking the delete icon.

Overrides: Certain fields on assigned Product Details can be overridden.  These fields include:

• Description
• Activation Charge
• Activation Discount
• Monthly Charge
• Monthly Discount

The Product Details Grid(s) display a single column for each field.  If a value is overridden, it is shown Bold and has a hover over showing the default value.
