Internet

The purpose of this screen is to capture Internet product information. Internet can be used for standard internet products, DSL products, web hosting, etc.

Internet has two parts:

1 - Internet product information - all product information (Equipment, IP ranges, carrier information, etc.)
2 - Internet Plans - plan records that control the internet charges applied to the product. An internet product can have one or more Plans attached to a product. Each Plan has its own Active and Disconnect dates for service dates.

Additional product actions (i.e., metrics, comments, billing history, etc.) can be found under the Product Links menu located in the top right corner of the product screen.
