Independent / Traditional Products

How do I get here?	Customers Menu ► Search ► Select Customer ► Products tab *Products can be accessed from Orders and Inventory as well
Purpose	This product setup method will allow each of the products listed below to be managed individually. Each product has its own corresponding product tab showing a count of products within that tab. These products each have a corresponding set of Product Links & Actions for additional product functionality (i.e., duplicate, billing history, etc.). New product types would need to be arranged with Precision in order to turn on a product tab that was currently disabled. Click on a product type below for more information regarding that product.

*For wholesale customers and accounts that have a large amount of Long Distance/Local products, TBS will display products split into a Long Distance tab and a Local tab for easier navigation and paging vs. showing the combined Voice Services tab.

In addition, if a client ONLY sells Long Distance or ONLY sells Local, these tabs will show independently vs. the combined Voice Services tab.
