Purpose

The Customer Information Screen provides an overview of the Billing Location (BillTo)information, Agent information and additional terms and customer grouping data. This BillTo location as well as additional locations can also be viewed from the Locations tab.

Customer Status and Active/Disconnect Dates can be managed via the Workflow Options module. View Using Statuses With Actions topic for more information on how to trigger status changes and workflow within TBS.

The following fields may have taxing impacts. Be sure to review the Data Field Definitions for more information.

Customer Alerts, Warnings and Messages - customer account alerts and messages are displayed in the page header (between the menu and the tabs)
