General Information

Our core solution is our Telecommunications BackOffice Solution (TBS). This is a comprehensive, web based system which includes the following modules:

  • PreciseCRM - Customer Relationship Management - manages customers, trouble tickets, products and services
  • PreciseOrders - Order/Workflow Management - ensures business rules and client workflow when administering clients and products
  • PreciseBill - Billing and Rating Engine- used in conjunction with the supplemental processing engine to process CDRs, product charges and generate invoices
  • PreciseChannelSupport – Sales Channel Support - interface for managing Agents and commissions
  • PreciseReports – Reporting Engine - robust reporting engine to slice and dice any data within the system.

This guide is meant to provide users with information on TBS and how best to use the system.
